The Sixth Amendment

Speedy Trial
" right to speedy trial, confrontation to witnesses, in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
Constitutional Connection:
This cartoon is about a speedy trial. The judge actually thinks that the trial is going to take a couple of minutes that's why he asks the man why does he keep on objecting. I found this cartoon funny because they make the judge seem like he doesn't know what hes doing. A speedy trial is actually like a regular trial just that the jury is different.
