Fifth Amendment

"no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand jury, except in cases arising in the land of naval forces, or the Militia, when in actualy service in time of war or public danger, nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeoprady of life ot lib;nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
Constitutional connection:
This cartoon is about a jury that is asking question to Mrs. Bobbitt. They don't even look interested or serious. Half of them are smiling or giving a attitude face saying they don't even wanna be there. This cartoon is violation Mrs. Bobbitt authority. She was being questioned on why is she in court. This violates her privacy because she is putting her business out there to people she doesn't even know and aren't taking her case seriously.
